Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PostGranny's software, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), available at https://app.postgranny.com and related domains operated by PostGranny ("PostGranny," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, connecting a social account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PostGranny provides tools for social content creation, scheduling, publishing, analytics, AI-assisted writing, knowledge management, link-in-bio pages, and team collaboration. Features vary by plan, region, and connected platform availability. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure
  • You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or platform policies

3. Accounts and Workspaces

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and within workspaces you control
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Workspace owners and team administrators are responsible for inviting users and managing permissions appropriately
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limiting other restrictions, you may not:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Publish spam, malware, deceptive content, hate speech, harassment, or illegal material
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected platforms
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as permitted by law
  • Use the Service to store or transmit passwords, API keys, or other secrets in unsecured fields
  • Circumvent plan limits, billing controls, or rate limits
  • Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use or harms stability

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"), subject to the licenses below. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit, publish, and process Your Content through the Service, including content uploaded to Knowledge Hub, drafts, media, and mini-site pages.

You grant PostGranny a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service as you direct, including publishing to connected social platforms and generating AI-assisted outputs you request.

6. AI Features

  • AI-generated text, images, maps, and suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for publication
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI outputs before use or publication
  • AI features consume plan credits or other usage limits as described in your subscription
  • You must not use AI features to generate unlawful content or to attempt to extract system prompts, secrets, or unauthorized data

7. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

The Service may connect to third-party platforms such as social networks, design tools, messaging services, and analytics providers. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, API limitations, account suspensions, or content removals imposed by third-party platforms. You authorize us to access and use connected accounts only as needed to provide features you enable.

You may disconnect integrations at any time where the Service provides that option.

8. Publishing and Scheduling

  • When you publish or schedule content, you instruct us to transmit that content to the selected destination
  • Scheduled posts may fail due to platform errors, expired tokens, media restrictions, or account limits outside our control
  • You are responsible for compliance with advertising disclosure rules, platform community standards, and applicable marketing laws
  • Public mini-sites you publish are accessible to anyone with the URL

9. Plans, Trials, Credits, and Billing

  • Paid plans, trials, AI credits, channel limits, seat limits, and feature caps are described on our pricing pages and may change over time
  • Unless otherwise stated, trials convert to paid plans or expire according to the plan terms shown at signup
  • Fees are billed in advance according to the interval you select. Taxes may apply
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started
  • We may offer manual plan changes or credit adjustments during early billing rollout; payment processing may be handled by a third-party processor when enabled
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features

10. Teams, Clients, and Approvals

If you invite teammates, clients, or approvers into a workspace, you are responsible for their access and actions within that workspace. PostGranny is not responsible for disputes between workspace members.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy available at /privacy.

12. PostGranny Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, design, and documentation, is owned by PostGranny or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service unless we give you written permission or applicable law allows it.

13. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTGRANNY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT PUBLISHING OR AI OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR PLATFORM RULES.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTGRANNY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PostGranny and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

17. Suspension and Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account where that option is available
  • We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or where required by law
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification

18. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where PostGranny is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be handled in the courts or forums specified by applicable law, unless you have mandatory rights to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.

20. General

  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and PostGranny regarding the Service
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later
  • You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
