Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspaces you control.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Postgranny.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Refunds, if any, are handled according to our billing policy and applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Postgranny a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to use your content and connected accounts, and that your use does not violate law or third-party rights.

You may not misuse Postgranny, including by attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, scrape without authorization, or use it to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and other users.

AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before publishing and for complying with platform rules on connected networks.

Features that depend on third-party models or social APIs may change, degrade, or become unavailable when those providers change their services.

Integrations with social networks and other tools are subject to those providers’ terms. Postgranny is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those platforms.

Postgranny is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where they cannot be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postgranny and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you are on a free plan.

You may stop using Postgranny at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Postgranny operates its primary business entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country.
